Job summary

VANRATH is partnering with a global organisation to appoint an AI Innovation Manager for a newly established Enterprise Innovation Lab in London. This hands-on role suits a delivery-focused consultant who thrives on turning ambiguous challenges into practical AI solutions.

You’ll work in a small autonomous team, building prototypes, testing tools, and measuring pilots against commercial outcomes while presenting results to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Consulting background with strategy/tech focus.
• Experience building AI-enabled solutions or automations.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in emerging AI tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation opportunities across Commercial and Operations.
• Turn ambiguous problems into clear, deliverable use cases.
• Build and test AI prototypes, agents and automations quickly.
• Apply AI-led development to speed delivery.
• Measure pilots against commercial outcomes (revenue, cost, risk, efficiency).
• Present demonstrations and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
