Job summary

Norton Blake Limited is seeking a Frontend Engineer with strong AI experience to join an AI experimentation team in the UK. You’ll bridge UX design and front-end coding to translate AI concepts into working prototypes.

You’ll collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists and architects to shape AI-powered experiences, from chat and generative tools to agentic workflows, using React and advanced Figma techniques.

Qualifications

Portfolio with live prototypes or working code.
Advanced Figma including variables, auto-layout, tokens.
Experience building AI-powered experiences or workflows.
MCP, tool calling, RAG or agent orchestration experience.
Ai evaluation awareness and risk-aware design.

Responsibilities

Design AI-powered experiences for products such as chat and generative tools.
Build high-fidelity prototypes in React and test with users.
Use AI tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma and related tools.
Create reusable AI interaction patterns and agent workflows.
Explore how AI improves how design teams work and prototype.
Collaborate with engineers, architects and data scientists to communicate trade-offs.
Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
