What you’ll be doing:

As the AI Project Coordinator, you’ll help drive pioneering work around AI in clinical settings. You’ll lead on key aspects of project coordination—researching new tech, tracking progress, coordinating with NHS organisations and tech providers, and providing first-class support to internal and external stakeholders.

Your role will be a mixture of strategic coordination and hands-on admin excellence, from compiling reports and organising stakeholder events, to drafting policy responses and maintaining up-to-date records of AI tools being deployed in hospitals.

You’ll need to bring:

  • Strong project coordination and administrative experience
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills (internal & external)
  • High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • A genuine interest in AI and its impact on healthcare
  • Precision with numerical and non-numerical data
  • The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks independently
  • Confidence in researching and summarising complex topics

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in clinical services or with healthcare technologies
  • Familiarity with policy consultation processes or event coordination
