The role requires strong programme delivery, transformation governance and stakeholder management, with desirable experience in AI adoption or governance.

Qualifications

• Essential: Strong programme, transformation or change management experience.
• Essential: Experience in designing governance frameworks, operating models or Centres of Excellence.
• Essential: Experience working within financial services or another regulated industry.
• Essential: Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Desirable: Direct experience with AI adoption, AI governance, Generative AI or intelligent automation initiatives.

AI Programme Manager

£70-90k base

Initially in the office 2-3 days a week. Will move to 2 days a month after initial period.

Lead AI Adoption at Enterprise Scale

We're looking for an experienced AI Programme Manager with Financial Services experience - to establish and lead a new AI Centre of Excellence within a financial Services organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how Artificial Intelligence is adopted across the business, creating the governance, operating models and delivery framework that will enable AI to be implemented safely, responsibly and at scale.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in programme delivery, transformation, governance or operational excellence who has recent experience supporting AI adoption, AI enablement or AI governance initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing
