Job summary

Guidepoint London is expanding its product team to drive AI-powered product adoption and operational workflows. You will own requirements, collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and operations to deliver scalable product improvements while tracking adoption and usage data.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, user-centric design, and clarity in requirements, with opportunities to influence AI-enabled workflows and automation across Guidepoint’s expert-network operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Workflow Automation roles.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Comfort working with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to support timely and high-quality delivery of product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, release readiness, and post-release review.
• Help ensure features are tested against real user workflows, edge cases, business rules, and operational expectations.
• Support rollout planning, user onboarding, training, and adoption follow-ups for new and existing product capabilities.
