A Unique Opportunity to Lead AI Innovation

A leading corporate in the MENA region is launching an AI Innovation Lab to push the boundaries of product development. With support from global consulting firms and technology partners, this initiative is designed to transform, develop, and implement AI use cases – driving the product vision and overseeing the product development lifecycle (from sourcing to development to driving user adoption).

They have already launched 3 products, all used as internal tools. Ideation to launch in 6-12 weeks.

Plans include launching 10 new products in 2025.

We are searching for an experienced AI Product Officer who will shape the vision, develop AI solutions, and drive real impact across the business. This is a rare chance to be at the forefront of AI-driven transformation with the resources of a major institution and the agility of a startup environment, without red tape.

The successful hire will be responsible for building a core product team.

What You Will Do

• Define and execute the product strategy for AI-driven solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead AI product development from concept to launch, working closely with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders
• Ensure AI solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver measurable value
• Identify opportunities for AI commercialization and develop go-to-market strategies for both internal and external use
• Foster collaboration across teams to integrate AI seamlessly into products and services
• Advocate for user-centric design, ensuring that AI enhances customer experiences rather than complicating them
• Stay ahead of the latest AI advancements and guide the team in applying them effectively

What You Bring

• Over twelve years of product management experience with at least five years leading AI-focused initiatives
• A proven ability to build and scale AI solutions within complex organizations
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, and emerging AI technologies
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of engineers, data scientists, and business professionals
• A track record of working with AI startups, fintech firms, or enterprise AI teams
• A strong commercial mindset with experience developing AI business models and bringing AI products to market
• A passion for using AI to solve real-world problems and improve customer experiences
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, artificial intelligence, or business. An advanced degree is a plus
