Job summary

Guidepoint seeks a Product Manager to drive the build, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products across its expert-network operations.

The role bridges product management, operations, workflow automation, AI adoption, and internal tools, collaborating with users, engineering, QA, design, operations, and leadership to convert high-friction workflows into scalable product systems.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Workflow Automation roles.
• Strong ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Comfort working with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Strong communication skills, verbal & written, including product documentation, release notes, training material, and stakeholder updates.
• Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics, dashboards, user feedback, and operational data to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with AI products, LLM-powered workflows, or automation is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to support timely and high-quality delivery of product improvements.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, release readiness, and post-release review.
• Help ensure features are tested against real user workflows, edge cases, business rules, and operational expectations.
• Support rollout planning, user onboarding, training, and adoption follow-ups for new and existing product capabilities.
• Act as a day-to-day product contact for users and translate recurring themes into clear requirements.
• Maintain product hygiene across Jira, Confluence, release notes, user docs, and training materials.
• Work with teams to ensure AI-driven features are usable, measurable, and aligned with workflows.
• Track adoption, usage, defects, and operational impact; build lightweight dashboards and reports.
