Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is seeking Product Managers with AI exposure for a large public sector transformation project. The role focuses on owning the product vision, backlog, and cross‑functional delivery while engaging stakeholders and driving measurable value.

Candidates should have experience in agile, with either public sector (GDS) or relevant private sector backgrounds, and be capable of communicating AI use cases, benefits, and risks.

Location: Remote with monthly travel to Bristol

Clearance: Candidates must hold SC Clearance or recently lapsed SC.

A leading transformation client is looking for a number of Product Manager's with AI exposure to join their team focusing on a large public sector project.

In this role you will play a key role to:

• Own the vision, own the backlog, and lead the team to deliver
• Support the team in all facets of cross-functional delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and the delivery of value.
• Understand user needs, business requirements and priorities, and technical constraints.
• Support discovery and experimentation activities, specifically where AI could help solve user problems and create measurable value.
• Help test and validate AI-enabled features to support client strategy and drive innovation.
• Promote and implement Agile ways of working as a transformation specialist.

Your Profile

• Agile delivery of a user-centred product.
• Experience working within either: public sector using Government Digital Service (GDS) standards, or private sector (retail, financial services or energy).
• Ability to communicate use cases and benefits of generative AI, and the risks and challenges of its implementation.
• Demonstrated experience of owning a product vision and a supporting backlog.
• Ability to influence and manage stakeholders, to enable decision making based on user needs and business priorities.
• A collaborative approach to leading cross‑functional teams.
