Job summary

Dex is helping you find opportunities with partner companies; we are seeking a Product Engineer who will own end-to-end product development across front-end, back-end, and AI-agent infrastructure. You will shape the harnesses, evals, and safeguards that enable AI system certification.

You will design features across the stack, implement core agent infrastructure, and establish robust safeguards like sandboxing and containment to influence audit outcomes and reliability.

Qualifications

• Shipped real systems with decisions on agent harnesses, evals and sandboxing.
• Experience shipping across interface, backend, data and deployment layers.
• Reason from first principles, choosing tools deliberately.
• Evidence of exceptional output: open-source work, personal projects or hackathon results.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack product features from UI to backend.
• Build core AI agent infrastructure and evaluation frameworks.
• Define safeguards for AI systems including sandboxing and hallucination containment.
• Drive product development from concept to production deployment.
• Contribute to the nascent team's architecture and engineering practices.
