NCM Auctions Ltd seeks a hands-on Social Media & Content Creator to build a compelling content engine across LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You’ll shoot, edit and publish short-form video, capture stories from auctions, sites and assets, and shape recurring formats that define our brand.

Located at Finningley, Doncaster, this on-site role is a full-time opportunity with room to grow as we scale the business. AI-first mindset expected; creativity drives performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of social content they've personally created.
• Confidently film and edit short-form video from start to finish.
• Understands Reels, TikTok, Shorts and LinkedIn content.
• Natural eye for hooks, storytelling, pacing and editing.
• Comfortable approaching people and getting them involved in content.
• Confident behind the camera and happy appearing in front of it when needed.
• Turn rough idea into publishable content.
• Value consistency and ownership.
• AI-first mindset and willingness to experiment.
