CreateFuture are seeking a collaborative and pragmatic Lead Product Manager to define and develop products across varied industries and technologies. You will work with senior leadership, design and engineering teams, and clients to shape product strategies aligned with client vision.

You will lead a team of Product Managers, coach on best practices, and drive discovery, development, and delivery while managing client engagements and internal growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership of product-focused engagements
• Knowledge of product management frameworks and continuous discovery
• Experience mentoring and developing Product Managers
• Experience translating business needs into digital solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers and support recruitment
• Embed career progression pathways using development framework
• Provide mentorship and coaching to the team
• Escalate and remove blockers to enable delivery
