An exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to join a Knowledge Transfer Partnership as an AI Powered Editing Assistant Developer. This full-time role involves developing an AI assistant to enhance production efficiency in low-budget television. You will collaborate with industry partners while being supported by an academic team, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic environment.
Position: AI Powered Editing Assistant Developer (KTP Associate)
Based at: Spark Media Partners, Richmond Upon Thames, Surrey
Salary: £37,000 - £41,000 subject to experience
The role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a recent graduate to work full time on a 33-month Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) to develop an AI assistant to creatively assist production and post-production to reduce costs and editing time to ensure the long-term survival of low budget television. In which you will be embedded within the company and become familiar with the company structure, key stakeholders and the processes for recording and processing footage comprehensively.
Employed and supported by an academic team from the University, you will be based at Spark Media Partners' premises in Richmond Upon Thames, Surrey. During the project you will work with Spark and their partners, Radiant Post Production Group and Ponder Create.

Qualifications we require:
Hold, or be about to obtain, a Master's degree in Computing, Computer Vision, Data Science or a related field.
A PhD in Computer Vision or similar is desirable but not essential.
