Job summary

Marshmallow in London is building a new Car Finance product aimed at helping migrants access fairly priced credit with a modern, AI-powered operating engine. We work closely with dealers, brokers and customers to ensure fast, fair, and understandable decisions and interactions.

In a small, high-performing team you’ll own end-to-end processes from customer queries and underwriting to automation, with strong growth opportunities and a culture of ownership and learning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced and regulated environment (fintechs, startups, consulting etc…).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions.
• Experience using AI tools, using it to drive developments and form improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute the day-to-day operations of our car finance product, from handling customer queries to underwriting, ensuring a smooth, reliable experience for all stakeholders.
• Develop, identify and form improvements that increase speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency while protecting service standards of our processes.
• Directly build automation and AI into our operational workflows, using best in class AI tools, and working alongside our dedicated engineering and product team.
