AI Performance Marketer - Paid Ads & Automation

About Rooted Social:

We’re an AI-first growth agency delivering inbound lead systems for clients across finance, SaaS, real estate, and more.

We combine behavioural data, paid ads, and automation to generate high-intent leads that convert.

What You’ll Do:

• Launch and manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Build and refine AI-powered nurturing flows (email, WhatsApp, SMS)
• Work with CRM and automation tools (Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Analyse campaign data and continuously optimise for conversions
• Collaborate with strategy and sales teams to align ads and funnels

What We’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years of experience in paid media (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
• Proven experience building automations and AI-based bots
• Comfort with prompt writing, flows, and integrations
• Solid understanding of CRMS and lead scoring
• Bonus: background in growth marketing or a startup environment
