Job summary

Google is seeking an AI Outcome Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineering, to act as an enterprise architect, technical debugger, engineering liaison, and delivery manager. You will shape solutions during the technical evaluation phase for strategic AI accounts, ensuring adoption, rapid activation, and viable delivery within Google's FDE organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of cloud-native architecture experience in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience delivering technical strategies and interfacing with product or engineering teams.
• Experience in system design or reading code (Java, C++, Python).
• Experience with orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
• Experience with enterprise integrations, cloud infrastructure, or AI/ML model deployments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams during technical evaluation phases to assess feasibility and adoption.
• Lead upfront technical design for enterprise AI solutions and secure integration into data pipelines.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer implementation issues and test workarounds.
• Serve as liaison to Product and Engineering teams, translating field feedback into feature requests.
• Steer implementation strategy while owning delivery alongside customer-facing teams.
