Job summary

Tessl AI Limited is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design and build real-time AI-native workflows and tooling inside a fast-moving team in London. You will work with product, design, and engineering to deliver impactful features, balancing speed with thoughtful execution.

You will collaborate closely with the team to implement new functionality, prototype innovative ideas, and push for scalable architecture while leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and maintaining high-quality code in

Qualifications

• Proven software engineering experience in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to contribute to a mature codebase with CI criteria.
• Experience using AI coding tools to boost productivity.
• Comfort working in early-stage startups with high autonomy.
• Experience applying AI tools in day-to-day development.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new functionality with product input.
• Spin up proof-of-concept for innovative ideas.
• Prototype language integration for code generation pipeline.
• Pair with a designer to refine UI/CLI interactions.
• Integrate third-party services (e.g., for notifications).
• Collaborate across teams to plan scalable architecture.
• Establish end-to-end testing strategy.
• Share technical vision for a new product capability.
