Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking an AI-native Software Engineer in Cambridge, operating in a hybrid setup. You’ll build AI-first cloud applications, leveraging agentic tools to accelerate delivery and own projects end-to-end, working with a team of researchers and engineers.

You should bring strong software fundamentals, experience with AI-assisted development, and a passion for solving complex problems in a rapidly evolving AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable software engineering fundamentals are required.
• Experience using AI tools to build production software is essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot AI-generated issues in code and artefacts.
• Broad experience across languages, frameworks and cloud tech.
