Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is recruiting an AI-Native Software Engineer in Cambridge for a hybrid role, offering a 90,000 - 120,000 salary plus share options. You will build AI-native products and cloud-based applications, leveraging agentic AI tools to accelerate delivery.

You'll own projects from concept to deployment, work across languages and cloud technologies, and collaborate with engineers, researchers and AI specialists to shape engineering best practices in an AI-first

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience using AI tools to build and deliver production software.
• Ability to spot, troubleshoot and fix issues generated by AI-assisted development.
• Broad technical exposure across languages, frameworks and cloud technologies.
• Strong problem-solving ability and intellectual curiosity.
• Excellent academic background, ideally in a technical discipline.
• A mindset that embraces innovation rather than resists it.
