Job summary

GlobalLogic is hiring an experienced Platform Engineer to support client projects in financial services. You will join cross-functional teams, modernise pipelines, and build AI-native development capabilities using Claude Code and agentic tooling.

You will drive platform innovations, coach engineers, and contribute to a central repository of reusable patterns and assets. This role embraces collaboration, learning, and delivering robust engineering platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with production experience in modern languages/frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic CLI tooling.
• Experience with AI-native development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of GitLab-based workflows and platform tooling.
• Experience collaborating within engineering teams and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Deploy into product squads to assess current state and contribute to the transformation backlog.
• Drive tech debt reduction and pipeline modernisation within the production codebase.
• Author and maintain context files for LLM-assisted development (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md).
• Inject central platform assets into live repositories and ensure clean integration.
• Build Claude Code skills and subagent architectures tailored to the squad.
• Coach engineers on AI-native delivery habits and PR reviews.
• Feed learnings back to the Central Platform Team for reusable assets.
