• Design and prototype AI-Native gameplay systems and experiences.
• Collaborate with a small cross-functional team to prototype and iterate ideas.
• Refine prototypes through playtesting and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI-Native gameplay systems, mechanics, and experiences.
• Explore how LLMs, generative AI, agents, and procedural systems can be used as core game design elements.
• Rapidly build and iterate game prototypes (from concept to playable demos).
• Use AI tools to assist in: Game design ideation and balancing
• Use AI tools to assist in: Narrative, dialogue, and world-building
• Use AI tools to assist in: Prototyping, scripting, and content generation
• Collaborate closely with other members in a small, highly iterative team.
• Refine prototypes into more polished designs through playtesting and feedback.
