10x Team is seeking a Model Validation Analyst – AI Trainer for freelance engagement. You will validate AI-generated material, shape how models are evaluated, and contribute real-world risk expertise on a flexible, remote basis across EU/UK.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on model validation or quantitative analytics experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to give clear feedback within 8–20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Senior professional with hands-on experience in model validation, quantitative risk, or a closely related discipline.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Demonstrated expertise reviewing model performance, validation frameworks, and risk control processes.
• Highly organized and able to communicate constructive, direct feedback clearly.
• Available 8–20 hours per week with consistent, timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to model risk management, quantitative analysis, and model validation processes.
• Evaluate the realism, industry alignment, and validity of analytical approaches suggested by AI.
• Draft scenarios, case studies, and technical examples based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations representing multiple perspectives, such as model validators, risk managers, and regulators.
• Identify unrealistic assumptions, analytical flaws, or compliance gaps in AI-generated material and provide clear, actionable feedback.
