Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (AI/ML) to drive deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions. You will translate models from development to production, ensuring reliability, scalability and measurable business value.

You will lead collaboration with AI engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across risk and governance to meet KPIs and regulatory requirements, while promoting robust MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of AI/ML operations, MLOps, or DevOps experience deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Experience deploying and managing AI/ML in production environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, data governance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and operation of AI/ML models.
• Establish monitoring to detect performance issues and data drift.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics and business impact.
• Promote MLOps best practices and efficient deployment workflows.
• Coordinate with risk, compliance, and governance teams on policies.
• Respond to incidents, perform root-cause analysis and preventative actions.
