With a background in agency recruiting within the Tech space, particularly Robotics & Autonomous Systems, I find this business exciting — and I believe anyone in this market would too.

You’ll be stepping into a role where they are exclusively retained by the crème de la crème of the DeepTech world! Examples include:

• LLM/TTS, partnered since 5 months old, now worth >$3 billion
• AI App-Builder, from $0 to $30 million ARR in under 120 days

Although this is a 360-position, their main challenge is not having enough staff to handle their workload. They are looking for top recruiters to connect directly with the most impressive DeepTech businesses globally and place the top 1% across Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and more.

Now, the logistics of the role:

• Ideally 2 days in their Canary Wharf office (possibly 1 depending on the individual)
• Strong base salary (DOE to be discussed)
• No threshold or desk fee
• Commission starts at 25% flat, increasing up to 55% — earning potential is high, with an average fee of £40K-£60K, and record fees up to £240K
