With prior experience in agency recruiting within the Tech space, especially Robotics & Autonomous Systems, you will find this opportunity exciting.

The role is primarily a 360 recruitment position, focusing on filling numerous roles for top-tier DeepTech companies that are struggling to hire enough staff.

Logistics:

• Ideally 2 days in Canary Wharf office (could be 1 depending on individual).
• Competitive base salary (DOE).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, tiered up to 55%, with average fees of £40K-60K and record fees up to £240K.
