Senior / Principal Recruiter - AI

Ideal candidates will have experience in tech recruitment, especially in Robotics & Autonomous Systems, and a passion for the AI industry.

The role involves working with the top 1% of AI talent across various fields such as Robotics, Computer Vision, GenAI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

Key logistics include:

• Approximately 2 days in the Canary Wharf office (flexible based on individual).
• Competitive base salary (discussed based on experience).
• No threshold or desk fee.
• Commission structure starting at 25%, increasing up to 55%, with high earning potential given the average fees of £40K-60K and record fees up to £240K.
