What You Need

• Expert proficiency in Python, with exposure to performance-driven languages such as Rust, C++, and Go.
• Hands-on experience in model development, fine-tuning, backend engineering, and deployment and maintenance of AI models.
• Proven ability to stay abreast of and apply cutting-edge AI research and techniques in impactful ways.
• Strong ability to conceptualise and execute innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to guide teams through technical challenges in a collaborative environment.
