Remote (London, UK) | Full-time | Equity Options

Our Client is looking for an AI/ML Engineer who can help design and deploy responsible, explainable, and neuroinclusive AI models that power our analytics and insights. As an AI/ML Engineer, you'll develop and deploy machine learning models that analyze workplace data, predict team dynamics, and provide actionable insights — all while ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with GDPR and ethical AI standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, train, and deploy AI/ML models for team analytics, psychometric analysis, and predictive insights.
2. Work with structured and unstructured data, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance.
3. Implement explainable AI (XAI) techniques to ensure transparency in decision-making.
4. Optimize models for efficiency, performance, and fairness, reducing algorithmic bias.
5. Deploy AI models to production-ready cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
6. Collaborate with product and UX teams to ensure AI insights are interpretable and useful for users.
7. Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001, AI Act).
8. Research and integrate state-of-the-art NLP, computer vision, and deep learning models as needed.

Requirements:

1. Experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP, with real-world model deployment experience.
2. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
3. Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, RAG).
4. Knowledge of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and versioning.
5. Strong understanding of AI fairness, bias mitigation, and explainability techniques.
6. Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
7. Understanding of privacy-first AI, differential privacy, and federated learning is a bonus.
8. Passion for neuroinclusive and ethical AI development.
