Job summary

Wipro is seeking an experienced AI & Machine Learning Engineer to develop, package, deploy and monitor production-ready AI solutions. You will work across modern model architectures, agentic patterns, retrieval-augmented generation and cloud-based model serving on GCP.

We are looking for an experienced AI & Machine Learning Engineer to develop, package, deploy and monitor production-ready AI solutions. You will work across modern model architectures, agentic patterns, retrieval-augmented generation and cloud-based model serving on GCP.

Basis: 12-month fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI and machine learning solutions using Python and PyTorch.


• Apply transformer architectures and agent patterns such as ReAct.


• Design and implement retrieval-augmented generation solutions.


• Package and serve models using containers, KServe and Vertex AI endpoints.


• Work with feature registries and model registries to manage the model lifecycle.


• Build CI/CD processes for model delivery and establish model monitoring and drift detection.


• Implement cost-efficient autoscaling and GPU scheduling.


• Support canary, shadow and A/B testing deployment approaches.


• Work with Docker, cloud databases and GCP services to deliver scalable solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Python and PyTorch experience.


• Good understanding of transformer architecture.


• Experience with agent architectures such as ReAct.


• Experience with Docker and cloud databases.


• Practical RAG experience.


• Experience serving models through KServe or Vertex AI endpoints.


• Knowledge of feature and model registries, CI/CD, model monitoring and drift detection.


• Experience with autoscaling, GPU scheduling, canary and shadow deployments, and A/B testing.
