Job Description:
FourthRev is seeking an experienced and motivated AI Leadership Lead Facilitator to join the team on a 1-year, fixed-term, part-time contract. This role supports learners in FourthRev’s AI Leadership Career Accelerator, developed in collaboration with the London School of Economics, employers, and industry experts. You will ensure an exceptional learner experience and drive learner outcomes through dynamic facilitation, assessment, and mentorship.
Applicants interested in supporting the Product Team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) one day per week are also welcome. Please indicate in your application whether you're applying for facilitation only or both roles.
Your Mission
Facilitation Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate dynamic weekly live-online group classes and drop-in sessions (2 hrs/week).
- Foster engaging community discussions on our student platform by sharing industry knowledge, answering questions, and guiding learners.
- Mark and provide constructive feedback on 15–30 assignments per course.
- Conduct ad hoc 1:1 mentoring sessions (30 mins) with approximately 10–15 learners.
- Participate in 1–2 industry panels as a panellist alongside other facilitators and experts.
Subject Matter Expert (Optional):
- Collaborate with the Product Team to refine and enhance course content.
- Provide timely support for urgent content updates or clarification needs.
- Respond to course-related queries from the Product Team.
Time Commitment: Approximately 7 hours per week, with higher hours expected during 3-week grading periods. Rate: £50 per hour.
- Facilitate live-online group classes and drop-in sessions (2 hours/week).
- Drive engagement through active community discussion participation.
- Mark and provide feedback on 15–30 assignments per course.
- Conduct 10–15 individual learner support sessions per course.
- Support learner success by setting expectations, monitoring progress, and flagging challenges.
- Optional: Work with the Product Team as an SME for content improvements and queries.
Requirements
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in AI and Leadership, with real-world application in business or organisational contexts.
- Deep understanding of AI strategy, innovation, governance, productivity, and ethics.
- Experience guiding executive-level learners in applying AI tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of generative AI, data governance, and ethical considerations in AI.
- Ability to apply AI in strategic foresight, decision-making, and leadership productivity.
- Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
- Highly organised and collaborative.
- Experience mentoring or facilitating online learning (desirable).
