Job summary

Peopleworth is seeking an AI Leadership Facilitator to coordinate and deliver a postgraduate online programme in AI Leadership. You will lead academic delivery, supervise Assistant Facilitators, and mentor learners through live sessions and rigorous feedback.

The role requires experience in academic or executive education settings, deep knowledge of AI leadership and ethics, and strong online facilitation skills. It is remote, part-time, fixed-term and aligned with UK-compatible time zones.

Qualifications

• Hold a PhD and postgraduate qualification.
• Experience in university-level lecturing and marking.
• Experience teaching in executive education settings.
• Strong understanding of AI leadership, governance, strategy and ethics.
• Proven ability to mentor and coordinate facilitators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly live online sessions using structured course materials.
• Supervise Assistant Facilitators to maintain engagement and marking quality.
• Provide 1-to-1 academic guidance and feedback to learners.
• Monitor delivery standards, assessment and learner satisfaction.
• Collaborate with academic and delivery teams to update content.
• Participate in programme reviews and share insights for improvement.
• Represent the programme in internal panels or forums.
• Ensure all activity aligns with established frameworks and standards.
