Job summary

Era4 is seeking an AI Infrastructure Validation Engineer to design, build, and orchestrate automated preflight validation suites for bare-metal and GPU clusters. You will ensure every platform release and hardware deployment is tested and production-ready, collaborating across Product, Engineering and Operations.

The role requires strong Python skills, IaC expertise, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes in enterprise-scale environments, plus expertise in observability and CI/CD integration.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python for building zero-dependency verification tools and orchestration harnesses.
• Deep hands-on experience writing Infrastructure as Code to provision, configure and teardown complex environments.
• Proven experience in Kubernetes environments and validating enterprise-scale, multi-node distributed systems.
• Scripting automated checks for hardware interfaces and firmware performance via BMC/IPMI/Redfish.

Responsibilities

• Design and build zero-dependency, Python-based preflight verification tools for multi-node environments.
• Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code to provision, configure, test, and teardown bare-metal and containerized compute environments.
• Create adaptive test orchestration to detect environment drifts and analyze platform changes.
• Automate cluster-level benchmarking and high-performance storage tests to validate throughput and latency.
• Integrate validation suites into CI/CD pipelines and establish observability for real-time diagnostics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Datacentre Operations for root-cause analysis of platform regressions.
