Job Description:

AI demand acceleration is driving structural changes on the full value chain of the datacenter – especially due to new high density cluster deployments: from the grid to chip and the chip to chiller. Schneider has a unique opportunity to address the full Data Center market by expanding its coverage toward the AI ecosystem players that are addressing the Enterprise customers.

Your role: The AI Infrastructure Solution Architect will be responsible for influencing AI infrastructure architecture design, leading customer engagement on technical streams, and enabling business opportunities conversion and growth for Schneider Electric.

Your main responsibilities:

1. Support AI ecosystem account team across the complete Schneider Electric offer portfolio.
2. Be the pre-sales technical advisor to influence AI ecosystem accounts on architectures, systems, and solutions of Schneider Electric for AI data center applications.
3. Lead technical workstream development set against partnership with AI ecosystem account.
4. Deliver technical value proposition, needs, and requirements in a documented way for the customer.
5. Identify potential offer enhancements and/or gaps and collaborate with AI solution lifecycle leader, AI ecosystem team, and LoB to drive customization to support growth opportunities.
6. Ensure communication with the Global team (System engineer, Program Manager) to ensure consistency.

Domain of expertise: Application scope includes AI Infrastructure deployment across the value chain (GPUs, Servers, Racks & stacks) for small and large Data Centers. Technical scope includes from Grid to Chip to Chiller, with priorities on IT room: PSU, rack-PDU, racks, PDU, liquid cooling, and heat rejection systems.

Your profile: Engineering/Master degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or Electronics with +8 years working experience in critical facilities as application or design engineer, product & system development manager, business development specialist, solution or system architect. +5 years facing customers in various technical environments. Proven experience in working on Data Center applications, developing architecture and reference design.

We are looking for a leader with a strong entrepreneurial and creative mindset, customer & results-oriented, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with solid analytical thinking and decision-making abilities. Communication skills (internal & external) are essential.

English: Professional fluency is a must. French, Spanish, or another language could be a plus. Willingness to travel in Europe about 40%.
