Job summary

Era4 is seeking an AI Infrastructure Validation Engineer to join a fast-scaling team across Product, Engineering and Operations. You will design, build, and orchestrate automated preflight validation suites and performance benchmarks that continuously verify our bare-metal APIs, Kubernetes environments, and multi-node GPU clusters under enterprise-scale workloads.

You will ensure that every platform release, infrastructure change or hardware deployment is tested, validated and production-ready

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python for zero-dependency verification tools and test orchestration.
• Hands-on experience writing IaC to provision and teardown complex bare-metal and containerized environments.
• Proven Kubernetes experience validating enterprise-scale, multi-node systems.
• Scripting automated checks for server-node topology, PCIe, memory, firmware, interface with BMC/IPMI/Redfish.
• Ability to integrate validation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Configuring observability pipelines for real-time diagnostic logs and hardware metrics.
• Collaborating with Engineering, Product and Datacentre Operations for root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and build zero-dependency Python-based preflight tools for multi-node initialization and GPU-CPU affinity checks.
• Write and maintain IaC to provision, configure, test and teardown compute environments.
• Implement resilient, adaptive test orchestration that detects environment drifts.
• Automate cluster benchmarking and high-performance storage validation across GPU clusters.
• Monitor high-throughput networks and validate throughput and congestion control.
• Validate server-node topology, PCIe, HBM, firmware using BMC/IPMI/Redfish interfaces.
• Integrate validation suites into CI/CD and maintain observability pipelines.
• Partner with Platform, Network and Datacentre Ops for root-cause analyses.
