Job summary

Burns Sheehan Limited is seeking an AI Implementation Manager in London to lead the rollout of AI platforms across key business areas. The role requires hands-on implementation experience and a track record of delivering SaaS or enterprise technology projects.

You’ll own from assessment through production, coordinating platform configuration, testing, rollout, vendor engagement and governance. The position offers a competitive package with a salary up to £80k plus bonus and a hybrid London work

Role: AI Implementation Manager

Location: London - 3 days p/w

Salary: up to £80,000 + bonus

One of the world’s most prestigious independent financial advisory firms is making a serious, long-term investment in AI.

They have already hired senior leaders across AI, product and responsible AI. The next step is turning that strategy into technology that people across the business can actually use.

They’re looking for an AI Implementation Manager to introduce specialist AI platforms across areas such as company research, document analysis, meeting preparation, relationship intelligence and deal execution.

This is a hands-on AI implementation role. You’ll take new tools and features from initial assessment through to production, owning:

• Implementation planning and technical documentation
• Platform configuration and integrations
• Testing, user access and rollout
• Vendor and stakeholder management
• Adoption and continuous improvement
• AI governance, security and regulatory controls

You do not need to come directly from investment banking. They’re open to people from financial services, legal, insurance, healthcare or other regulated and highly controlled environments where sensitive data, user permissions, auditability and AI guardrails really matter.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience delivering SaaS or enterprise technology implementations
