Job summary

Distyl AI is seeking an AI Operator, Implementation Delivery to own outcomes end-to-end for UK client programs. You will work shoulder to shoulder with engineers, architects and executives, driving delivery on-site and shaping how we operate in the UK market.

You will lead complex AI implementations, enforce clear goals, and build deep client trust while collaborating with Distyl leadership to translate US delivery practices for UK clients. Expect significant travel and a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale programs for enterprise clients.
• Budget responsibility on programs of $10M+ equivalent.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe.
• On-site delivery mindset with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, large-scale AI implementations across UK clients.
• Enforce clear goals, ownership, and defined success criteria.
• Build and maintain trust with enterprise clients and executives.
• Provide honest reporting and risk visibility to stakeholders.
• Drive fast-moving delivery while maintaining quality and schedule within budget.
• Onboard and organize engineers and AI strategists on client engagements.
• Stay current with frontier AI models and tools; evolve workflows.
• Help translate and codify UK delivery playbooks from US practices.
