Job summary

Thales in Crawley, hybrid role, seeks an AI Assurance Manager to drive security across enterprise AI, embed Secure by Design, and shape governance for data and digital products. You will work with the Enterprise AI Team to ensure risk-aware delivery and timely accreditations.

The role requires strong security leadership, collaboration across squads, and current UK SC clearance or the ability to obtain it. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience providing technical security support across diverse systems.
• Ability to analyze security implications of changes and provide mitigation.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Possession of recognised security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSK).
• Understanding cloud technologies and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience applying security principles within Agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management with the Enterprise AI team using Secure by Design.
• Develop security requirements, epics and governance for data & digital products.
• Collaborate to ensure data protection and security are within scope of solutions.
• Embed up-to-date security best practices across development teams.
• Support technical security measures to achieve system accreditations.
