Aviva plc is seeking an AI Governance Lead to shape governance and risk frameworks for AI, balancing risk management with innovation at scale. The role will influence how Aviva adopts and governs AI across the business.

You’ll work with senior stakeholders across Risk, Technology, Data, Cyber, Legal and Compliance to develop practical governance solutions and to evolve our AI governance framework as new technologies emerge.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing or evolving governance, risk or control frameworks in regulated organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of AI governance framework, operating model, and risk management.
• Collaborate with Risk, Technology, Data, Cyber, Legal and Compliance teams.
