Your Role

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI and Gen-AI solutions in financial services, focusing on banking, capital markets, and insurance.
  • Build and nurture client relationships by understanding their AI needs and delivering tailored generative and agentic AI solutions.
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases such as credit decisioning, fraud detection, personalized banking, claims processing, underwriting automation, and algorithmic trading.
  • Provide expert advisory on Gen AI scalability, governance, prompt engineering, vector databases, and LLM fine-tuning.
  • Integrate advanced AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta’s LLaMA, and emerging multi-modal models into client solutions.
  • Design and deploy autonomous agentic AI systems for tasks like self-optimizing models, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA) and their applications across financial domains.
  • Build scalable AI architectures using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integrate with tools like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Ensure AI solutions adhere to governance standards, ethical practices, and financial regulatory compliance.

Your Profile

  • Skilled in identifying and articulating AI/ML, generative AI, and agentic AI use cases in banking and insurance, including credit decisioning, claims processing, fraud detection, and personalized banking.
  • Proven ability to build compelling business cases and value models that highlight the tangible benefits of AI solutions.
  • Experienced in full-cycle pre-sales activities, including solution conceptualization, client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills to lead AI initiatives from ideation to deployment.
  • Capable of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing AI teams across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Excellent client engagement skills, with a track record of working effectively with C-level stakeholders and solving complex business problems.
  • Holds a degree in data science or a STEM field, with a solid foundation in AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
  • Passionate about innovation and thought leadership, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge AI solutions to complex challenges.
  • Technically proficient in LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, Gen AI factory deployment, AI lifecycle management, and frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
  • Brings strong leadership presence, with experience navigating complex business environments, driving AI adoption, and leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
