Job summary

Beaumont is seeking an AI Functional Consultant to bridge business analysis, AI and low-code workstreams. You will run discovery sessions, identify AI opportunities, and deliver solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

You will build proofs of concept, pilots and demos, translating business needs into practical solutions and working closely with customers from idea through delivery. This role offers largely remote work with occasional London office visits, ideal for a hands-on

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Demonstrable experience building with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Experience running discovery sessions with users and stakeholders.
• Ability to explain technology in clear, non-technical language.
• Strong documentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Delivery-focused mindset — building solutions, not just specifications.
• Experience in a client-facing, consulting, automation or low-code environment would be advantageous.

AI Functional Consultant – Power Platform / Copilot Studio

Almost fully remote with occasional visits to the London office.

We’re working with an established technology services business that is building a new AI function and looking for its first dedicated AI Business Analyst to work closely with the Director of AI.

This is a genuinely hands‑on role for someone who can bridge business analysis, AI and low-code technology — understanding real business problems and turning them into working solutions.

The Role

You’ll work with internal teams and customers to:

• Run discovery sessions and understand business processes and pain points
• Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities
• Build proofs of concept, pilots and demos using Power Platform and Copilot Studio
• Develop solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Agent Builder
• Translate business requirements into practical, implementable solutions
• Help develop repeatable AI solutions that can be adapted across multiple customers
• Work directly with customers, acting as a trusted AI partner from initial idea through to delivery

What We're Looking For

You’ll need:
