Job summary

Lynx Recruitment is seeking a Technical Manager to act as the senior technical anchor across multiple client engagements. You will move between solution architecture, hands-on problem solving, and senior client advisory in a fast-paced, AI-first delivery environment.

You will design end-to-end solutions across various technologies, mentor engineers, and drive engineering standards while ensuring delivery quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple technologies.
• Experience in client-facing or consulting environments.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across a portfolio of client engagements.
• Act as the senior technical voice in client conversations, advising on feasibility, trade-offs, and risk.
• Drive engineering standards and best practices, ensuring speed doesn’t compromise quality.
• Shape and deliver AI-first solutions, embedding modern tooling into real-world use cases.
• Support and mentor engineers, helping raise the overall technical capability of the team.
• Collaborate with wider teams to scale prototypes into robust, long-term solutions.
