Qualifications

• Mid-level, hands-on full-stack engineering role with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience building features with React, Node and AWS.
• Experience or comfort with AI-first development tools and practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features and epics from in-progress to production with clear scope and ownership.
• Own quality including tests, non-functional requirements and production health.
• Release behind feature flags and ensure post-deployment health.
• Participate in on-call, incident response and post-mortems.
• Design components with clear interfaces within React/Node architecture.
• Direct AI coding agents to generate implementation and tests while validating outputs.
• Write well-tested code with unit and integration coverage.
• Collaborate with the global engineering team across time zones.
