You should have genuine AI fluency, a passion for building, and bias toward action. Open to undergraduate, graduate, or recent CS/SE graduates, with a modern full‑stack development mindset.

Qualifications

• Real AI fluency with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot.
• Bias toward action with ambiguous problems.
• Comfort with modern full-stack development.
• Open to undergrad, grad students, and recent grads in CS/SE or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior engineers to identify where AI tooling can remove friction and build the fix.
• Build applications and integrations on top of Xsolla's APIs and SDKs to speed up AI-enabled development.
• Ship work that goes to customers or internal users, not a throwaway project.
• Use agentic coding tools as your default workflow.
• Share成果 via weekly lightning-demo sessions and contribute real projects.
• Collaborate across markets and learn production-grade practices.
