The internal apps engineering team builds tools from Slack interfaces to full-stack APIs, powering AI-driven insights for global brands. Join as a hands-on engineer shaping product direction and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building applications or tooling automating human workflows.
• Full-stack experience across API design, databases, async workflows and backend, and UX on frontend.
• AI-native: agentic coding, prompt engineering, and AI-centric product experience.
• Extensive client-facing experience turning customer problems into solutions.
• Proven track record of leading projects from concept to launch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A collaborative mindset, able to work autonomously in a small, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Own full stack from interface to infrastructure end-to-end.
• Build internal tools used daily, with Slack/React frontend.
• Design APIs and infra across the stack including AI-powered features.
• Be the engineering voice in every team; gather feedback and translate to decisions.
• Adopt AI-first approaches with prompt engineering and LLMs.
