Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of web strategy, digital product management, and developer journeys.
• Experience owning or contributing to the strategy and roadmap for a significant website or web product.
• Experience translating cross-functional requirements into web features and roadmap priorities.
• Familiarity with AI-driven digital experiences, including AI in search, personalization, and discovery.
• Analytical mindset with experience using web analytics to inform strategy.
• Experience with developer-focused journeys and content.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall strategy for developer.the company.com, establishing priorities and measures of success.
• Collaborate with BUs, Engineering, Developer Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver web requirements.
• Manage the feature roadmap for the Developer Dashboard and evolve the authenticated developer experience.
• Ensure developer sites integrate with the company.com ecosystem across products and services.
• Align the developer web strategy with the corporate web strategy for developer audiences.
• Drive an AI-first web strategy across the team to improve discovery, personalization, and journeys.
• Ensure content, metadata, and experiences are optimized for traditional search and AI-driven discovery.
• Identify gaps in developer web journeys and drive improvements to navigation, information architecture, and workflows.
• Surface the company’s software ecosystem across developer web experiences with engineering and product teams.
• Use analytics and experiments to measure performance and guide investment decisions.
• Translate strategic objectives into briefs and roadmap items for delivery teams.
• Collaborate across marketing, engineering, IT, legal, and business units to ensure alignment.
