Job summary

Talent seeks an AI-native Cyber Security Manager for a contract through February 2027. The role is fully remote, nearshore or midshore, aligned with GMT/CET/EET, at £300–£400 per day.

You will design, build, and deliver core security solutions for a new platform using AI tools and automation through February 2027. The position requires hands-on AI tooling, AWS security expertise, and an agile startup mindset, with governance across PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC2, GDPR.

Qualifications

• Hands-on AI tooling and threat analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of AWS security architectures.
• Understanding of AI-specific risks and controls.
• Experience in agile/start-up environments.
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS, ISO27001, GDPR, SOC.
• Must be located in Nearshore or Midshore regions with overlap UK hours.

Responsibilities

• AI-First Security Operations: build AI-driven threat analysis, triage, patch management, and TPRM.
• Cloud Security (AWS): implement security controls across AWS using Security Hub, GuardDuty, Macie, Control Tower.
• Risk and Compliance: draft and map cyber policies aligned with PCI-DSS, ISO27001, SOC, GDPR.
• Threat Intelligence and Reporting: use AI tools to automate reporting and KPI tracking.
• Securing AI and Governance: manage risks with AI adoption and OWASP Top 10 for LLMs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: translate tech risks for executives and cross-functional teams.
