Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system, seeks a senior leader to shape its global Finance function and drive an AI-enabled transformation. You will diagnose gaps, design the target state, and build solutions that connect processes, data and platforms.
You will own end-to-end delivery from prototype to production and align stakeholders on a clear transformation journey. You will embed with Finance teams, defining the roadmap, delivering high-impact use cases, and leading change
Competenze
- Minimum 5+ years of software or forward deployed engineering experience.
- Strong product sense with a commercial focus and user impact.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to map technical specs from high-level direction.
- Pragmatic problem-solving, self-directed and delivering outcomes.
- Clear communication with infrastructure teams and executives.

- Embed with global Finance teams to identify high-impact use cases.
- Define and own the end-to-end AI transformation roadmap for Finance.
- Own technical delivery from prototype to production.
- Codify building blocks and reusable patterns for others.
