Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering AI solutions into production.
• Strong agent building experience in Copilot Studio and Microsoft Foundry.
• Solid software engineering foundations with Python, C# or TypeScript and CI/CD.
• Experience in MCP development and secure data exposure handling.
• Practical knowledge of RAG and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of governance for Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders and translate business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI applications, agents, automations and dashboards for business challenges.
• Own end-to-end architecture of the internal AI estate including security and cost management.
• Run discovery sessions with stakeholders to shape feasible use cases with value hypotheses.
• Provide day-to-day technical direction, review designs and code, mentor the team.
• Implement governance across Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure subscriptions.
• Define and run the AI estate support model with monitoring and incident handling.
• Publish templates, datasets and tools to enable wider maker community.
• Assist prioritisation of use cases by value density and feasibility.
• Report progress and risk to CTO and senior stakeholders, and present to executives.
• Keep abreast of Microsoft AI roadmap and share learnings with teams.
