The role requires 8+ years in program delivery as an engineering leader with AI leadership experience and governance knowledge; familiarity with Microsoft AI tools. You will drive governance, risks and executive updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering programs as an engineering leader; 3+ years leading AI initiatives.
• Strong AI/GenAI knowledge and governance with Microsoft AI tools.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Proven stakeholder management, communication and leadership.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile methods.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.
• Proven track record delivering AI solutions in complex enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, GenAI, and automation initiatives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and reporting.
• Coordinate architects, developers, business teams, and client stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI solutions, Microsoft AI ecosystem, and AI governance.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent AI projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading enterprise AI transformation programs.

Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in complex enterprise environments.
