Job summary

Dex is guiding you to a rare, high-impact AI engineering role at a partner company in London. You will fix tooling for financial modeling, build an AI agent that learns, and own evaluation pipelines, data collection, SFT, and RL.

You will work with a lean team, collaborate with design, and have a clear path to technical leadership, with a 5-day-per-week in-office commitment at our Hoxton, London location.

You'll own evaluation pipelines, data collection, SFT, and RL, with a clear path to technical leadership. Expect high ownership, deep technical problems, and a 5-day-a-week commitment in our London office.
