Job summary

Scrumconnect Consulting in London, United Kingdom is seeking two experienced AI Engineers for an initial six-month engagement to stabilise the Transcribe platform and advance AI capabilities in production. You will work with engineers, product teams and delivery leads to expand core functionality while ensuring robust, secure, and governable AI workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building AI-enabled applications in production.
• Experience with speech-to-text/transcription workloads.
• Hands-on with LLMs, prompts, and evaluation workflows.
• Experience designing AI pipelines and data processing workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices.
• Knowledge of API integration and microservice architectures.
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• AI Service Development: Support and enhance the live Transcribe service, focusing on AI components.
• AI Integration & Capabilities: Enable API-based integration and reuse of summarisation features.
• DevSecOps & Operational Maturity: Improve AI-specific CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.
• Expected Outcomes: Deliver stable live support, transcription capability, and anonymisation features.
